1. Preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ and promote the Christian faith among Chinese people and in the general community by conducting services in Mandarin;
2. Providing a program of church life including worship, fellowship, training and services;
3. Providing a spiritual home for Christians and to care for their spiritual welfare;
4. Co-operating with Christian churches locally and in the wider Chinese community; and
5. Promoting missionary activities in Washington state and other parts of the world.
